With the continuous expansion of robot applications, industrial robots are increasingly used in extreme high and low temperature environments. However, in extremely low temperature environments (below 0°C), robots are prone to issues such as lubricating oil freezing, joint wear, and reduced sensitivity. In extremely high temperature environments (> 45°C), the motors of robots are prone to overheating, which can trigger alarms or even cause the robot to crash, affecting its normal operation. Recently, the technical team of Zixi Technology visited Shen's Energy Saving Company to observe the micro-environment human body cooling system and gain a deeper understanding of the technical approach of temperature control technology in human clothing.
Inspired by this, the technical team of Zixi Technology applied intelligent temperature control technology to robot protective clothing and successfully developed a protective system that combines intelligent temperature control equipment with functional robot protective clothing. This intelligent temperature control protective system can maintain a constant temperature within the robot's microenvironment, ensuring that the robot operates normally in an environment ranging from -40 to 80°C.
